Global Smartphone brand OPPO recently conducted a two-day motivation campaign titled ‘OPPO Motivation Camp 2019’ for all OPPO sales and marketing representative’s islandwide. In addition to being exposed to the best of the industry experts and veterans from OPPO, the participants also had the opportunity to undergo an extensive outbound training program on team building at the Laya Leisure Kukuleganga.
The first speaker Lei Runzhou, Head-of-Finance – OPPO Lanka shed light on the OPPO Enterprise Culture whilst Peter Yao, Marketing Manager presented a snapshot on OPPO Global Developments. Tharanga Weerasinghe, Brand Manager touched upon OPPO Sri Lanka Marketing and the journey taken so far. Mark Hu from Operations spoke under the topic ‘Origin of Sales – new corporation’. Andy Wu, OPPO Regional Manager, presented a segment on ‘Key Shops & Relationships’
Whilst Shawn Yan, Product Manager took the participants through an interesting case titled ‘Outstanding Promoters Development’, Training Manager Sandun Manage, presented a section on Product Training.
An accomplished champion in sales and marketing himself with a proven track-record, OPPO Lanka CEO - Bob Li spoke about ‘OPPO Sri Lanka - Current Situation & Requirement’.

OPPO Training Department conducted the Motivation Camp and the outbound training program which comprised a number of well-strategized team building programs. Designed to instill qualities that create more effective teams in terms of enhancing productivity and service excellence, the team building exercises guided participant to acquire the necessary tools and strategies to become leaders that form well-functioning teams.
Team Building Exercises included an array of exciting games and activities whilst all enjoyed a post-event BBQ.
