India’s HCL Technologies (HCL), a leading global technology company, today opened doors to its largest facility in the country at the state-of-the-art Cinnamon Life complex.
The technology company has taken up 10 floors at present and will occupy 10 floors at a later stage so that it can accommodate 4,000 employees.
From its new location, HCL will provide IT services to global clients in the areas of digital applications and system integration services, product development and support, and infrastructure management services including digital workplace solutions.
“With Cinnamon Life’s strategic location at the heart of Colombo, this iconic signature structure reflects HCL as a next-generation global technology company that constantly reimagines business for a digital age,” said HCL Technologies Corporate Vice President Srimathi Shivashankar at the opening ceremony held today morning.
The ceremonial opening of the facility was graced by Minister of Finance Basil Rajapaksa, Indian High Commissioner to Sri Lanka, and Gopal Baglay alongside senior officials of HCL Technologies and John Keells Holdings (JKH).
