An agreement was signed between the Sri Lanka Ports Authority (SLPA), China Merchant Port Holdings (CM Port) and Access Engineering PLC for the development of a USD 400milion multi-story commercial and logistics center took place today at Ministry of Ports & Shipping, under the patronage of Minister Nimal Siripala de Silva. This is a BOI project which will greatly benefit the Sri Lankan economy and it is the first such project in Sri Lanka. Chairman China Merchants Group Miao Jianmin, Chairmen Accesses Group Sumal Perera, Ports Authority chairmen Keith D.
