CEB launches smart customer care service

The Ceylon Electricity Board (CEB) today launched the CEBCare web portal at the CEB main office at  Chittampalam A Gardiner Mawatha, Colombo. The new web portal was introduced to digitalize its services offering and provide convenient services to customers. The new CEBCare web portal together with the existing CEBCare App will revolutionize CEB customer service and provide a convenient digital experience for customers.
