In a bid to ease traffic congestion in Colombo caused by protests, a dedicated area has been allocated near the Presidential Secretariat and in close proximity to the Galle Face Green to conduct protests and demonstrations.
It has been introduced by the Police and named as “Agitation Site’. It would be allocated for the protesters to carry out their demonstrations. Pic by Waruna Wanniarachchi
