Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe participated in a ceremony held to distribute compensation to farmers in Kurunegala District whose crops were destroyed in the recent droughts. Some 6,000 farmers received compensation. Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Irrigation, P.
