Rear Admiral Sanath Uthpala assumed office as the Commandant Volunteer Naval Force (VNF) at the VNF Headquarters, on 09th September 2020.
The incoming Commandant was warmly received to the Volunteer Naval Force Headquarters according a Guard of Honour in compliance with naval traditions.
