Handing over of jackfruit saplings to the Special Task Force (STF) under "Herali Peraliya" program was held under the patronage of STF Commandant DIG Waruna Jayasundara. Accordingly, Ven Anandawansa Thero of Panadura handed over 1,000 jackfruit saplings to the STF. The STF planing to plant 03 million jackfruit saplings at STF camps across the country.
