Saara Daham Bima programme held in Bellanvila Rajamaha Viharaya

A Buddhist program titled "Saara Daham Bima" on the theme Buddhism as a Universal Solution to the World, organized by the South-South Research Initiative was held at the Bellanwila Rajamaha Viharaya recently under the guidance of Chief Incumbent of the Bellanwila Rajamaha Viharaya.
The conference encompassed various sessions that delved into essential topics such as leadership and attitude development, strategies for internal development within Dhamma schools, and the utilization of Dhamma schools for national progress.
Ramesh Madusanka, Supreme Court lawyer D.K. Sanjaya Ranatunga, and Kelaniya University lecturer B. Kushan Gayathra Perera, conducted lectures and practical sessions at the event. 
During his speech, Ramesh Madusanka shed light on the exemplary leadership qualities and attitudes exhibited by renowned Indian leaders like King Ashoka and Mahatma Gandhi.
He emphasized the importance of nurturing leadership skills and attitudes among Dhamma school teachers and children, providing practical advice on attitude development.
Supreme Court lawyer Sanjaya Ranatunga led a practical session, showcased how limited resources can be harnessed effectively to foster growth and development within the school's internal systems.
The conference also facilitated open discussions on the challenges faced by Dhamma school teachers, providing a platform for exchanging ideas and seeking solutions.
