Minister of Foreign affairs, Mangala Samaraweera, met with Ms. Rita Izsák-Ndiaye, UN Special Rapporteur on Minority Issues today at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. This is very first visit to the island by a Special Rapporteur on the subject of Minority Issues.
