Army Commander Daya Rathnayake offers a helping hand to a Buddhist monk during a ceremony held today in Anuradhapura. As a part of the Sri Lanka Army's 64th Anniversary celebration, SL soldiers offered 466 flags belonging to army regiments to bless the troops under the patronage of the Army Commander.
