The JHU candidates who contest the local government election on the UPFA ticket stage an “Adistana Pooja’ today in the presence of Aggamaha Panditha Ven. Davuldena Gnanissara thera. They vowed   to refrain from ten acts during their campaign such as violence, the use of polythene and fire crackers.  Power and Energy Minister Patali Champika Ranawaka also participated in the event.
