Head chef at the restaurant whose aim is to give its clientele a taste of crabs of all shapes and sizes, in a variety of delicious dishes, Ministry of Crab, Dharshan, holds a giant crab, weighing 3.2 kgs, in his hands.

The giant crustacean, which was put on sale at the restaurant, had been sold to the restaurant by one of its regular suppliers who had caught the giant creature in Jaffna. The dish containing the crab would be sold at Rs 19,000 according to the restaurant owners. Pic by Kithsiri De Mel
