Foundation stone was laid for a new building at the Defense Service College (DSC), Slave Island by State Minister of Defense Ruwan Wijedarene.  Defense Secretary Karunasena Hettiarachchi, Navy Commander Vice Admiral Ravinda Wijegunaratne and Air force Commander  Air Marshal Gagana Bulthasinhala participated in the event.
