Vocational Training for Inmates

The Ministry of Rehabilitation and Prison Reforms together with the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Skills Development is to provide vocational training to 10,000 inmates in prisons island-wide. The agreement was signed today at the Bogambara Prison by the two ministers. (Pix by Pradeep Dilruckshana)
