Denta Kid raises awareness among children via activation programme

Under the theme ‘good habits’, Darley Butler & Company Ltd is conducting sessions in several selected preschool as a brand activation campaign to promote Denta Kid, the recently launched junior toothbrush. 

The sessions are conducted by a ‘story teller’ who amuse the children with a story which also carries a valuable moral lesson. The stories are designed to teach good habits to the children and to inculcate proper personal hygiene in them. 
Denta toothbrushes, launched by Darley Butler in 1994 are now a household brand in Sri Lanka. The Company recently launched a junior toothbrush, “Denta Kid”, targeting children between 2- 8 years of age. The toothbrush comes with a rubberized grip which gives better grip and more control to the child while brushing. 
The toothbrush is manufactured according to the latest technology and consists of soft bristles imported from Dupont Tynex. The softer texture of these bristles is soothing and help prevent damage to gums. The toothbrush offers a variety of attractive colors and comes with a protective cover that can be re-used. 
The toothbrush is SLS certified and is recommended by the SLDA (Sri Lanka Dental Association) and the Ministry of Health.
Established in 1948, Darley Butler & Co. Ltd has been marketing brands such as BIC, Amritha, Ninja , Hacks ,Cow & Gate and Laxapana .With their established distribution network, the ‘ Denta Kid ‘ toothbrush would be available island-wide and the company hopes to extend the activation programme further in the future, in order to raise awareness regarding personal hygiene among Sri Lankan children.
