Mphasis’ move to Orion, heralds an exciting time in Sri Lanka’s IT/BPO industry; as one of the first to move to Sri Lanka, Mphasis promises to create job opportunities and attract human resources to encourage the nascent but quickly growing IT/BPO industry.
Orion has been working closely with SLASSCOM and other government institutions like the ICTA and BOI over the years to attract more foreign companies into the service sector and the country is being promoted as niche finance and accounting/KPO destination globally through the efforts of SLASSCOM and the government.
