Celebrating 60 years of diplomatic relations with Spain

A ceremony was held to celebrate 60 years of diplomatic relations between Spain and Sri Lanka at the Grand Ballroom, Galle Face Hotel, recently. The two countries established formal diplomatic relations in 1955 and such relations over the years have developed further through tourism, culture and language, making positive impacts on both countries.
