National Development Bank PLC (NDB Bank), Sri Lankas 4th largest listed bank was recently recognized as one of the 40 Best workplaces in Sri Lanka by the independent analysts at Great Place to Work in Sri Lanka.
NDB Bank earned this credential based on extensive ratings provided by its employees in an anonymous survey and a culture audit conducted on HR practices which are matched against global qualification criteria required to be a Great Workplace. This recognition acknowledges the bank’s efforts in creating an environment which fosters respect, trust and fairness.
