The body of a female was recovered in a travelling bag abandoned along the road near the Sapugaskanda Oil Refinery today, police said.

Police Spokesman SSP Nihal Thalduwa said that the Sapugaskanda Police and Kelaniya Division Crimes Unit had launched an investigation to identify the body.
