The Commission to Investigate Allegations of Bribery or Corruption (CIABOC) has said that the asset declarations of over 100 top officials, including President Ranil Wickremesinghe and the Prime Minister, are now publicly accessible.
These declarations can be viewed at [https://ads.ciaboc.lk]).
The Commission said that declarations of assets and liabilities for officials who submitted their declarations to the ‘Central Authority’ before July 25, 2024, have been redacted and published in accordance with Section 88(1) of the Anti-Corruption Act No. 9 of 2023, and the protocol list outlined in the Republic of Sri Lanka’s table of precedence.
The publication includes asset declarations for the President, Prime Minister, Members of Parliament, Provincial Governors, Provincial Council Members, Provincial Public Service officers, elected representatives, Local Government body officers, judges, and government officials appointed by the President.
Earlier, in line with the Anti-Corruption Act No. 09 of 2023, CIABOC has issued a circular detailing the procedures for declaring assets and liabilities, along with updated declaration forms, available on their website ([www.ciaboc.gov.lk](http://www.ciaboc.gov.lk)).
Officials are advised to submit their asset and liability declarations promptly in accordance with the guidelines provided in this circular, pending further instructions from the Commission.
