Rohan Pradeep alias ‘Kalu Malli’, an accomplice of underworld criminal ‘Kosgoda Tharaka’, was arrested on Thursday night in Angoda, police said.
They said at the time of his arrest at Mihiri Pedesa in Angoda on information received by Western Provinde Senior DIG, the suspect had in his possession 3.230 grams of heroin .
