LITRO assures prompt supply in future  

• The new LP gas manufacturing process has been slow due to recalling and removing gas from previously released gas cylinders
• Around 30,000 to 40,000 gas cylinders (12.5 kg) were being manufactured and distributed daily at the moment 

Claiming that the new LP gas manufacturing process has been slow due to recalling and removing gas from previously released gas cylinders with blue and black seal to the market, Litro Gas Ltd said immediate action would be taken to cater to the domestic and commercial daily needs.    

Litro Gas said in a statement that two gas shipments have already been unloaded at the Gas Terminal and Filling Plant on Monday(27).  

It said that around 30,000 to 40,000 gas cylinders (12.5 kg) were being manufactured and distributed daily at the moment and that gas is produced as per the standards and supervision of the Consumer Affairs Authority (CAA).  
It said steps have already been taken to import technical equipment required to expedite the manufacturing process and assured that it will be able to supply gas without any delay in the future.
