A 40-year old man from Darga Town, who was seen in a video which circulated on social media yesterday, carrying goods in a wheelbarrow without a face mask, has been arrested. Police Spokesman DIG Ajith Rohana said that the Aluthgama Police arrested the man last evening on charges of violation of quarantine rules.
