Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna (SLPP) Polonnaruwa District Parliamentarian Amarakeerthi Athukorala was found dead yesterday during a shootout in Nittambuwa.
He was reportedly killed in a shootout during a clash with a group of people who had stopped and attacked his vehicle.
