Former President Maithripala Sirisena presents the letter of appointment to Maharagama Urban Council member Saman Pushpakumara appointing the latter as the new SLFP chief organiser of the Maharagama electorate. Pushpakumara has been a member of the Maharagama Urban Council for 15 years.
