• About 15,000 copies of suspected religious material were found in the warehouse of the school

Wellawatte Police found a stock of about 15,000 copies of suspected religious material in a warehouse at an international school in Wellawatte.   

The stock of books was found after inspecting the store according to information received by the Wellawatte Police.   

Police said that several books were taken into police custody and the warehouse was sealed to find out the contents of the books.
