Aspirational document of IOT (Indian Origin Tamils) community compiled by TPA was explained to the Minister Dr. Jaishankar by TPA Leader Mano Ganesan. Indian support was sought to the aspirations, towards mainstreaming as full citizens of Sri Lanka.
Indian gestures of providing food and medicine during this festive season was appreciated and “today we are at the cross roads. But Sri Lankans are committed to come out of the current crisis in their own way”, Mano Ganesan told Indian External Affairs Minister Dr. S. Jaishankar.
TPA delegation was led by Leader Mano Ganesan with MPs P. Thigambaram, V. Radhakrishnan, M. Uthayakumar. External Affairs Minister Dr. S.Jaishankar was assisted by HC Gopal Baglay and HC officials.
