Travel bans on countries in South America and South Africa

• Ban on incoming passengers with a travel history to India and Vietnam during the past 14 days will continue 

Director General of Civil Aviation Themiya Abeywickrama informed all airlines that passengers with a travel history (including transit) in the past 14 days to the countries in South America and South Africa will not be permitted to disembark in Sri Lanka with immediate effect.  
He announced that ban on incoming passengers with a travel history to India and Vietnam during the past 14 days will continue to be in force.
