“At CTC we strongly believe that our people are the backbone of our business and the lifeline of our strategy. We have thus placed a strong emphasis on recognizing the innate talent, innovation and out-of-the-box thinking that our employees continue to bring to the table. We acknowledge the fact that excelling in a profession takes immense passion and dedication and I am indeed proud of Thisaru, Nishanga and Chiran for this fantastic achievement” noted Michael Koest, CTC’s CEO/Managing Director.
The SLIM NASCO Awards are an annual premier platform dedicated to recognizing the efforts and performance of sales personnel in companies across the island.
The awards aim to recognize, motivate and nurture sales personnel across the country and further enhance their learning curve in salesmanship. In addition to facilitating cross industry sales learning, the event highlights the country’s brightest and best in the sales profession.
The criteria for the award recognitions included evaluating the nominee’s success in meeting company targets, their capacity to take on bigger responsibilities and ability to innovate in the face of a multitude of challenges in the industry today.
Koest further added, “I extend my heartiest congratulations to our award winners and acknowledge that their efforts have been a key contributor in reinforcing our position as one of the top employers associated with corporate excellence in
Sri Lanka.”
