We said in our previous article on the above subject that Astrology as a diagnostic science provides an answer to the complex problem of choosing the right person for the right job.

We also pointed out that a careful examination of a horoscope reveals a comprehensive picture of not only a person’s inborn abilities and traits, but also his psychological set up or the mental outlook.

Therefore, a competent astrologer can say with accuracy whether a person is suitable as a manager for a given field of activity or not.

When Saturn is afflicted by Rahu
For example, when Saturn in a horoscope is afflicted by Rahu no matter in which House, the native would become incapable of undertaking any responsibility. It goes without saying that such a person is not fit to hold a managerial position irrespective of his qualifications indicating other positive aspects.

Blend of Martian and Jupiterian qualities
Mars is the planet of drive, dynamism, energy and action.  When the Martian qualities are favorably blended with those of Jupiter who rules wisdom,
dignity, equilibrium, altruism and other humanitarian traits, one can become an ideal manager.

A tyrant aggressive and inconsiderate by nature
If a dominant Mars in a horoscope is afflicted by Saturn or Rahu, the native would become a tyrant, aggressive and inconsiderate by nature. Such a manager could cause much suffering and unhappiness to his subordinates.

Mercury’s influence
If one is born under the influence of a sterile Mercury, one would become wavering and indecisive rendering one incapable of making judgment on any matter. Such a person cannot be considered suitable to hold a post of a manager.

A powerful Venus
Different types of management call for different types of ability. A person having a powerfully positioned Venus in his horoscope, may do well as a publicity manager. But a person who has Jupiter and Saturn well placed in the horoscope, may acquit himself well as a personnel manager.
