In his book titled “Chittavimutta,” he discusses the requirement of searching for an antidote according to the teachings of the Buddha.
Ven. Sugathasiri Thera ‘s efforts to bring the insights of Buddhism to the reader is commendable. The language which he uses is simple and readable. The book discusses the possibility of using meditation as a silent but effective weapon against a virus.
This book will undoubtedly be a valuable handbook for anyone who likes to study and practice the simple but always useful techniques of mindfulness.
