Dr. Antony speaking to the ‘Daily Mirror’ said that invitations to attend the launch of his massage system have been sent to VIPs, members of the media and representatives of embassies because he believes that such invitees can take the message regarding his therapeutic practices to a larger audience in the globe. “When people witness my healing skills in person and experience my healing touch first hand, such memories won’t fade away that easily,” said. Dr. Antony.
Dr. Antony counts many years in sports as a taekwondo instructor and umpire and has helped many people in his community to maintain health and well being through his therapeutic practices. He maintains that seeing villagers rub their bodies against trees and the use of stones to scrub the body influenced him to do research into the subject of massage. “By seeing villagers scrub and rub their bodies, I understood that you can be self-sufficient in health without relying on resistance.
Later through my study of medical history, anatomy and specifically focusing on the spine and skeletal system, I understood the benefits of massage. The backbone area leads to the correlation of the spinal nerves and their connections to various organs and health conditions. Every part of the body is controlled by nerves and every nerve connects directly or indirectly to the spine. Hence I came to understand the potential benefits of massaging the backbone area,” is how he described the little dots that connect to form the long trek in his journey as an alternatives medicine practitioner and therapeutic healer.
He goes onto state, “drawing upon my intensive experience and knowledge in diverse massage systems and complementary therapies I have integrated these insights into the creation of this innovative massage technique which I’m about to introduce to the public”.
