The oldest rotary club in the country, the Rotary Club of Colombo, with the assistance of the Rotary Club of Kelaniya, recently conducted a successful health campaign for the residents in Kelaniya. They were supported by a skilled team of doctors and nurses from Siddhalepa.

It was initiated by the vocational service committees of the Rotary Club of Colombo and benefitted many people who were able to get free health checks done as well as avail themselves of a wide range of herbal remedies produced by Siddhalepa, courtesy of the Rotary Clubs.

While promoting wellness, this event contributed to upholding Sri  Lanka’s rich cultural heritage that is steeped in herbal remedies dating back to thousands of years.
The presence of many Rotarians created a warm personable ambience and the spirit of Rotary was well accepted by many who visited the camp.
