SLASSCOM and Wijeya Newspapers Limited signed a Memorandum of Understanding allowing for co-operations between the two institutions to promote and jointly produce articles and video content on SLASSCOM initiatives and events within the Wijeya Newspapers Group. SLASSCOM recognizes this relationship by naming Wijeya Newspapers Limited as the ‘Official Print and Digital Media Partner’.
The MOU was signed by Sandra de Zoysa, Chairperson, SLASSCOM, and Udesh Gunatunga, Executive Director, Wijeya Newspapers Limited. Chaminda de Silva, Executive Director, SLASSCOM and Ms. Rishini Weeraratne, Head of Social Media, Wijeya Newspapers Limited were present at this significant occasion.
