SLMA Donates 250 Pulse Oximeters

The Sri Lanka Medical Association (SLMA) made an initial donation of 250 pulse oximeters for the use of COVID-19 patients in the Colombo district who are being triaged and home managed under its Doc 247 call service to the Head of the National Operation Centre for Prevention of COVID-19 Outbreak (NOCPCO) Acting Chief of Defence Staff and Commander of the Army General L. H. S. C. Silva WWW RWP RSP VSV USP NCD psc MPhil on September 1, 2021 in the presence of Director General of Health Services Dr. Asela Gunawardena. The pulse oximeters were bought by COVID Sahana the SLMA-COVID relief fund.
