The sorrows of owing every comma, full stop and punctuation mark to society, is being released this way..” reads the foreword in ‘Thehettuma Nimesheka’, the maiden book of poems penned by veteran author A. M Badra Wickramasinghe.
The book will be launched at a ceremony (from 12 noon to 1.30 pm) scheduled to be held at the Colombo International Book Fair on September 29 (today). The book will be launched in the presence of a distinguished panel of speakers comprising veteran author Sumithra Rahubadda, Prof. Jayantha Amarasinghe of the University of Ruhuna and Archaeology Department Director General Pradeepa Serasinghe.
