Graduates who qualified from various foreign universities under bilateral scholarship programmes are in for a rude shock over the exclusion of their names from the lists of those selected for employment in the state sector.
According to informed sources, these graduates had applied for employment under the government’s job scheme.
The government has currently prepared the lists of graduates qualified for jobs in the sector, but those who received their degrees from foreign universities under state sponsored scholarship programmes have not been included.
The government has already worked out lists. The letters of appointment have also been sent to the respective Divisional Secretariats to be handed over to the selected graduates.
