Avurudu Celebrations at Pegasus Reef

Pegasus Reef concludedits Avurudu celebrations in grand scale at the hotel premises in Wattala with guests and their families participating. Thee ventprovided an opportunity for guest and member of staff to beapart of the celebration by engaging in traditional games and tasting the Sri Lankan delicacies. 

The Avurudu activities commenced with the kiriithireema and the lighting of the oil lamp, followed by the traditional Avurudu breakfast. All those present enthusiastically participated in the Avurudu games, including Kana mutti, Kottapora, Raban Gaseema, Kamba adeema, youghurt kama while the children took part in games like sack race,  buniskaema and baloon games.
