Marking another milestone, David Pieris Motor Company (Private) Limited recently introduced a facility for the maintenance and repair of commercial vehicles at DPMC Workshop in Madapatha.

DPMC Workshop Madapatha is now gearing to undertake servicing and repairs of all commercial vehicles including mini cabs, buddy lorries, buses, single / double cabs, freezer lorries, tippers, containers and prime movers.
The Commercial Vehicle Facility of DPMC Workshop Madapatha was declared opened by Rohana Dissanayake, Group Chairman and Managing Director, David Pieris Group at a simple ceremony under Covid-19 regulations and was attended by key officials of the David Pieris Group.
It was also fitting that the date also marked the 28th anniversary of David Pieris Motor Company (Private) Limitedwhich was celebrated with the traditional cutting of a cake.
Speaking at the event, Channa Ranawaka, Deputy General Manager (Services), DPMC said, “DPMC Workshop Madapatha services and repairs all types of cars and SUVs in addition to Bajaj vehicles. We are excited to extend our expertise to commercial vehicles too as a part of our expansion strategy.” He went on to say that they will now undertake the maintenance, periodical servicing, running repairs, tinkering and painting, accident repairs, suspension, A/C repairs, electrical & electronic repairs, greasing, engine, fuel system and gearbox repairs with washing and interior cleaning of commercial vehicles.
DPMC Workshop Madapatha maintains and repairs the entire commercial fleet of the Group Company D P Logistics and the experience, exposure and expertise gathered has led to DPMC Workshop Madapatha to extending this service to external customers as well with the opening of commercial vehicle facility. As the introductory offer, the DPMC Workshop Madapatha will give 10 percent off on labour charges and 5 percent discount for spare parts when servicing or repairing commercial vehicles at the
new facility.
