With the vision of being the most innovative real estate company in Sri Lanka by year 2020, Fair Lands and Investments (Pvt.) Ltd, introduced its latest project Jensen Gardens, Kohuwala, scheduled to commence this month.
It is the biggest project of the company so far, on a one acre land with 18 VVIP land plots.
Fair Lands (Pvt.) Ltd, Consultant Mahesh Jayaweera said that the company established in 2014 in Horana, with the objective of developing lands and resale, expects to do business in a sustainable and equitable manner as their motto is ‘Faring fair deals’.
He said that anyone has to embark on their company is because they always make sure that the client feels the win-win situation, and they provide transparent facts to the clients. 
The company added that because of their land development strategy, creativity and value addition to the land will give their customers a huge advantage when compared with the price land.
Sharing their strategies, the company said that they   follow a smart price structure affordable to many, having a pragmatic approach in selecting land parcels, and to have a new state-of-the-art technology for land development with best practices. 
The company also said that they are looking forward  to diversify their product range to housing, apartments, luxury villa and to expand its geographical area to cities such as Kandy, Galle, Matara etc.
“We introduced the fair dealing concept to the real estate industry. Also followed the hybrid strategy with a careful mix and cost leadership and differentiation. Due to above two main strategies, we were able to sell almost all the land plots within a very short time,” the company said.
It was noted that during last few years they had completed more than 60 projects in areas such as Aturugiriya, Homagama, Kalutara, Wadduwa etc.  Also there are 18 ongoing projects around the island.
Moreover, it was noted that they highly concentrate on delivering professional, hassle-free, convenient   and more innovative property solutions to the customers. As well as they are conscious about environment legalisation and other laws connected with the business.
