John Keells Properties recently marked the beginning of construction of its 16 holiday home development project - Sunrise Ridge, located in Digana, within Victoria Golf and Country Resort (VGCR), during a special groundbreaking ceremony.
Prior to the groundbreaking, 60 percent of the holiday homes had already been sold.
