People’s Bank awards top G.C.E. O/Level achievers

People’s Bank recently felicitating students who were ranked All-Island top 10 at the recently concluded G.C.E. (O/L) Examination. The felicitation ceremony was held at the Presidential Secretariat in Colombo under the auspices of His Excellency Maithripala Sirisena – The President of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka.

At the event, People’s Bank rewarded students who performed exceptionally at the G.C.E.O/Level Examination with exciting cash prizes.

Hon. Akila Viraj Kariyawasam- Minister of Education, Hon.Seduvel Sami Radhakrishnan - State Minister of Education, W.M. Bandusena- Secretary to the Ministry of Education, W.M.N.J. Pushpakumara- Commissioner General of Examinations, N.Vasantha Kumar - Chief Executive Officer/General Manager, People’s Bank, Renuka Jayasinghe - Deputy General Manager (Process Management & Quality Assurance), Sunil Ilukkumbura- Assistant General Manager (Retail Banking), People’s Bank and well-wishers including principals, teachers and parents of the top performers graced the occasion.
