Sri Lanka’s largest vision and eye wear solutions provider Vision Care calls on customers to celebrate the Mother’s Day by helping their special motherly figure to take care of their eyesight.
From May 8 onwards, the customers can honour their mother figure by bringing them to any branches of Vision Care to undergo an eye test.
“By bringing them to Vision Care, you get the chance to show them how special they are to you and acknowledge their efforts in making everyone’s lives better.
“Visit any Vision Care outlet islandwide with that special person to get her eyes tested by eyecare professionals using state-of-the-art equipment, after which she can choose from the extensive selection of products that include spectacles, sunglasses and contact lenses,” Vision Care said in a statement.
The eyecare specialist stressed the Mother’s Day need not be limited to only celebrating the mothers in our lives, as there are also mother figures out there that make a difference in our lives. These include individuals such as grandmothers, sisters, aunties, mothers-in-law, teachers and even wives, all of whom can take on that maternal, nurturing role and help improve your life and make you a better person.
“Although you may not realise at times, these special individuals make many sacrifices for you and your loved ones in their day-to-day lives and are a source of inspiration to all. The Mother’s Day gives you the opportunity to honour these extraordinary human beings by expressing your love and appreciation to them,” the entity said.
Even through the trying economic times of yesteryear, mothers have always done their very best to provide you with everything and this is the chance for you to return the favour to some extent by taking care of their health even though the country is once again undergoing an economic crisis.
