ACCA to hold seminar on tax computation and compliance

Taking into account the importance and benefit that organizations will derive by having an in depth knowledge and understanding of the requirements and essential facts of taxation rules and regulations, the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), has organized a seminar that aims to share some insights into basic direct and indirect computation and compliance requirements of a company.

 


The seminar is scheduled to take place on the 5th of December from 4 pm t o 6:30 pm at t he Cedar Room, Cinnamon Grand. It brings together prominent tax experts who will be the key note speakers at the event .This will comprise of Deepani Herath, Senior Commissioner Department of Inland Revenue, who will be presenting on the basic Income Tax laws affecting corporates. Suresh Perera, Principal, Tax & Regulatory of KPMG Sri Lanka will speak on the basics of Value Added Tax & Nation Building Tax.
