NDB was conferred two prestigious awards at the recently concluded National Business ExcellenceAwards (NBEA) 2014.NDB won the ‘Gold Award for Business Excellence’ in the Banking sector, marking a significant leap from the previous years’ runner- up position. The Bank also won Silver (runner-up) award for ‘Excellence in Performance Management’ in the criteria category awards.Commenting on the awards NDB’s Chief Executive Officer Rajendra Theagarajah said, “We are delighted and honoured with these prestigious awards that reaffirm NDB’s steady business position in the industry.
