Triumph rewards top performers at 2015 sales conference

The leading lingerie trend setter in Sri Lanka, Triumph International, appreciated the perseverance and dedication of its top performers by recognising and rewarding t heir efforts at the annual sales conference held at Galadari Hotel recently.
In keeping with its reputation of bringing the latest trends, this year’s conference carried a cricket theme as it coincided with t he official game launch of ICC Cricket World Cup 2015. The event showcased the superior achievements of Triumph’s direct dealers, wholesale partners, dealers, key account partners and important stakeholders.
The gala event was a platform to acknowledge the untiring efforts of Triumph’s top performers who worked day in and day out to relentlessly pursue their targets and set new benchmarks in the local industry.
Traditionally, t he company has been ahead of its time with visionary product innovations. Triumph continues to set industry standards in its core competence of best fit, derived from a deep knowledge and understanding of the female body. Today Triumph enjoys being at the cutting edge and is always thinking of the needs and desires of its local consumers. Triumph’s committed group of partners are at the forefront of its success. Without their support, Triumph would not be able to achieve its esteemed position in the local market. The high achievers who performed exceptionally well in 2014 were facilitated at this event. The conference was used as an avenue to communicate Triumph’s future goals and direction and motivate its partners.
On the theme of cricket, the opener for the night, Triumph International Sri Lanka Head of Operations Amal Fernando set the stage by sharing Triumph’s ambition for t he year 2015.
“Throughout the years, we have been very pleased with t he outstanding achievements of our local sales partners. Our partners played a vital role in the growth of the company. Their personal commitment, extraordinary engagement and persistence help t he brand reach greater heights in Sri Lanka.
We constantly strive to i nspire confidence in them to reach beyond their potential with our sales force, which is the backbone of our business. We hope that our sales force will continue their exceptional performance together with our partners and we will have another amazing year in 2015,” Fernando noted.

A common criterion was used to identify the top performers of 2014. The winners were selected based on t heir performance and the contribution made towards the growth of the company.

I am pleased to say that we were able t o surpass our expectations and our success during the 2014 year would not have been a reality without your valuable contribution. Today we recognize, celebrate and say thank you and let’s continue in t his j ourney from strength t o strength,” said Triumph International Sri Lanka Head of Sales Sajeeva Thilakarathne.
Nolimit was awarded Gold in the Key Account Partner 01 category. The Silver award was won by Glitz while the Bronze was won by Cool Planet. The Key Account Partner category 2 was won by CIB while ASB Fashion and Thiyangara won the Silver and Bronze awards. In the Key Account Partner category 3, Fashion Bug obtained Gold while Beverley Street and Romafore were awarded Silver and Bronze awards.
Best Dealer Centre of the Year Gold was awarded to Nalini Chandramohan. The Silver and Bronze awards in the same category were awarded to M.J. Perera and Ruklanthi Thalagune. Deepa Nagthall and M.J. Perera won Gold awards for the Dealer Centres with the highest turnover.
The Best Direct Sales Consultant of the Year Gold was won by. Anusha Damayanthi. Best Sales Consultant of the Year was awarded to Shalini Nadaraja. Best Dealer of the Year Northern Province was Sriyani Dress Point while Southern Province was won by Thilakawardana Textiles.
