A certain politico who is widely expected to run for the highest post at the upcoming poll has reportedly decided not to enter the fray.

 

He is said to have confided to his intimates that he would keep away from the big race due in 2024 at which he hopes several main contenders would commit political suicide leaving the coast clear for him. 

However, there is a suspicion among some high-ups in the Telephone party, that this politico might break away from the party with a group of his loyalists with a view to contesting the big poll and they have already begun a vendetta against him. They have even invited some Greens also to throw in their lot with their bid.
