Pandemic did not deter her from fulfilling the vow!

A fair purohita has made a vow at a Kovil in the distant Mullaitivu area some time ago.

 

She had got ready the other day to visit the Mullaitivu Kovil to fulfill the vow, but thereafter she learnt that the Kovil had been closed in keeping with the quarantine regulations in force.

However, she visited the Kovil to fulfill the vow regardless of the regulations in force along with her security personnel.

The Kovil had been opened to accommodate her and she had fulfilled the vow.

She had made the vow seeking the blessings of the deity to overcome a problem that caused her much anxiety and despondency. However, it is not known whether she had got the relief she sought, they say.
