A decision taken by a provincial political high-up to change the floor-tiling of a school in a rural area had placed an unnecessary financial burden on the parents, they say.
The provincial politico who had recently attended a ceremony held at the school had instructed the school Principal to replace the corrugated tiles of the school floor with flat tiles.
Each parent had to pay Rs. 20,000 to meet the cost of the new floor-tiling project, they say.
